Official escalation channels
If your concern is about an insurer, company, fund house or other regulated entity, or if you are not satisfied with the response you received, these official channels can help:
- Insurance: first write to the insurer's grievance officer, then IRDAI Bima Bharosa or the Insurance Ombudsman.
- Shares, brokers, depositories and mutual funds: the company, registrar, broker or fund house first, then SEBI SCORES.
- Unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to the IEPF: the IEPF Authority.
- Personal data: the Data Protection Board of India, after first raising it with us.
- Fraud or impersonation: cybercrime.gov.in or helpline 1930.
